Throughout my professional career, I consistently found joy in regular reading, a practice that correlated with my sense of well-being. The more I read, the better I seemed to feel. I also discovered my latent desire to write. Regrettably, the demands of my career, life, and a struggle with imposter syndrome kept me from putting “pen to paper.”
